I specialize in designing custom training plans for long-distance running (all distances welcome). Whether your race is flat and fast or gnarly and steep, we’ll create a plan that helps you meet your goals.

Virtual Personal Training

Enjoy the accountability and expertise that comes with live personal training from the comfort of your own home. Sessions can range from 30-60 minutes, and each one is designed specifically for you. We’ll utilize the fitness equipment you already have at your home – as much or as little as that may be!
