I love helping people achieve goals that feel huge, scary…perhaps impossible. I also love guiding personal transformations, watching with pride and compassion as my clients gain strength, confidence, knowledge, and a sense of purpose that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
I love helping people achieve their personal health goals, from walking confidently after undergoing surgery, to running over 100 miles (and everything in between).
After leaving my job in the corporate healthcare sector after nearly a decade, I became a certified yoga instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Sports Performance Specialist. I began working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and eventually discovered a passion for two specific niches: Working with seniors, and working with long-distance runners (which mirrors my own passion for long-distance running).
I love supporting my seniors through both group classes and one-on-one training. Helping them enjoy healthy, active lives and making everyday activities – like walking, going up stairs, and spending time with their children and grandchildren – is one of my top priorities.
Supporting my running community is also hugely important to me. I have completed a number of long-distance races (often with my amazing husband by my side) including an Ironman and races ranging from 50K to 200 miles. I utilize my expertise as a Sports Performance Specialist and my own experience – from entering the sport at an older age to placing top 10 in multiple races – to help runners achieve their greatest running goals!
