I love helping people achieve goals that feel huge, scary…perhaps impossible. I also love guiding personal transformations, watching with pride and compassion as my clients gain strength, confidence, knowledge, and a sense of purpose that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
I have helped my clients achieve a huge variety of goals, from walking confidently after undergoing surgery to running over 100 miles (and everything in between).
After leaving my job in the corporate healthcare sector after nearly a decade, I became a certified yoga instructor, UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Sports Performance Specialist. I began working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and eventually discovered a passion for two specific niches: Working with seniors, and working with long-distance runners (which mirrors my own passion for long-distance running).
I love supporting my seniors through both group classes and one-on-one training. Helping them enjoy healthy, active lives and making everyday activities – like walking, going up stairs, and spending time with their children and grandchildren – is one of my top priorities.
Supporting my running community is also hugely important to me. I have completed a number of long-distance races (often with my amazing husband by my side) from 50K to 200 miles. My specialty as a coach is training runners for mountain races – whether they live at altitude or at sea level. The longer, the tougher, the better.
